WHAT TO EXPECT
Do you have excellent organisational and communication skills, and are passionate about joining a large organisation and brand?
As a Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Jaguar House of Brands team. You'll be a central point of contact for the team, delivering across a range of administrative duties in a timely and effective manner.
This role will contribute to the delivery of business objectives through proactive execution and clear communication to a wide group of stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Jaguar Managing director (diary management, travel booking, expenses etc.)
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team where required (e.g. stationery orders, meeting room booking)
- Support delivery of key events including the Jaguar All-Hands and QBR
- Support delivery of leadership team offsites
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
As the Personal Assistant, you'll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Relevant previous experience in a similar role
- Able to work accurately and with close attention to detail
- Able to interpret information to reach appropriate conclusions
- Capable of working to deadlines and able to prioritise workload
- Good team player but also able to work using own initiative
- Good communication skills, both within immediate team and with other department
- Proven strong IT skills (especially on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint)
