Responsibility:

Business / Customer:

• Perform activities mentioned in KRA/Position summary based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Runbooks with business impact understanding.

• Adherence to customer security and compliance requirements.

• Adherence to customer communication etiquettes.

• Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement.

• Identify and work on improving the FLR.

• Identify and work on reducing the Service requests (Repeated ones).

Project / Process:

• Update the SOP from time to time based on the updates or changes to application.

• Keep the KEDB updated.

• Identify and prepare checklists to improve upon the service levels.

• Contribution to continuous service improvement plans (CSI).

People / Team:

• Mentor a small team.

• Provide guidance and support PAT's in their learning curve.

Organization:

• Ensure all the process and policies are adhered.

• Handhold and guide the PAT's on the importance of adhering to policies and process.

• Have a keen eye to ensure that the people at junior levels do not violate the process and policies.

• Adherence to Organizational policies and processes (including Cognizant’s security policies, LP, timelines etc).

• Fill the activities, Efforts and ticket details in Applens application without any delay.

• Submit the timesheet on every Friday without any delay.
