Candidate Profile:
As an HR Manager, it is essential that you are articulate with good command of leadership, highly organized, keen attention to detail, responsive, resourceful, and have extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
Job Overview:
Your roles will focus on people management, especially in labor relations. You will also lead a team and craft innovative office system solutions to continually improve and impact the overall employee experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage employee conflict resolution activities.
- Review contracts and coordinate with agencies.
- Design and lead performance and labor-management programs.
- Issue incident reports notices and memorandum and impose proper sanctions for enforcing employee discipline.
- Support HR functions e.g. admin, recruitment, operations, and payroll (able to review checks and balances)
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of BS in Psychology or Behavioral Science.
- Preferred with strong labor administration and relations experience
- Working knowledge in Learning and Development.
- Proven experience in counseling, behavioral assessment, and public engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Human Resources Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
