Job Title: Press Operator
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: $25/hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain 4 color presses with coating capabilities
- Expertise in cutting multiple paper sizes, specifically 23x29"
- Proficient in operating Sakura press and MBO machine
- Demonstrate efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Skilled in cutting and some bindery tasks
- Maintain quality control throughout the printing process
- Troubleshoot any printing issues and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth production workflow
Requirements:
- Proficient in operating 4 color presses with coating capabilities
- Strong knowledge of cutting multiple paper sizes, particularly 23x29"
- Experience with Sakura press and MBO machine is highly desirable
- Familiarity with bindery tasks such as cutting and finishing
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
