What will be your responsibilities?
Your main responsibility will be to clean the facilities belonging to the hotel resort. Especially during the highest season, it can be very busy time, so the right attitude and a good physical conditions are crucial for this role. You will be working in a multicultural environment with people from all over the world, so it is necessary to be able to speak English language which is a working language here.
DURATION: From November 2023 until March 2024
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Finnish employment contract.
- Salary: 1923 – 2125 €/month (12,09-13,36€/hour) + extras – Final amount of the salary depends on the work experience and the Finnish collective agreement
- Working shifts: Guaranteed minimum in average 90h / 3 weeks or 112,5h / 3 weeks (depending on the type of the collective agreement)
- Extras for working on Sundays or public holiday (100%), afternoon shift (+ 1,33 € / h), evening shift (+ 2,25 € / h)
- Possibility of additional shifts and extra hours (especially between December-February)
- Relocation assistance and support from our local consultants in the office in Rovaniemi
- Occupational health care provided by the employer after the employment has lasted at least one month
- Accommodation: provided, paid by the employee; price around 300€ per month (shared room)
- Work in a multicultural, friendly, and supportive environment that turns the work into fun and joy
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience with hotel cleaning is a MUST
- English language on communicative level (at least level B1)
- Pro-customer attitude, ability to cooperate
- Pleasant behavior, cheerful, energetic and positive person
