As a Demand Generation & Marketing Specialist (m/f/x) at Siemens Digital Industries, you will play a crucial role in driving the lead generation and demand development process. By leveraging marketing automation platforms and optimizing marketing processes and campaign workflows, you will develop and manage exceptional campaigns that resonate with our customer audiences, drive engagement, and contribute to achieving our business goals.


What will your tasks be?

  • Drive Demand Generation: in close collaboration with communication, marketing, and sales experts, you will work together to utilize the customer's buyer's journey and architect multi-touch engagement programs. You will develop and coordinate the creation of compelling content that generates awareness, shifts perceptions, and acquires new contacts. By understanding the customer's needs and motivations at each stage of their journey, you will create impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive results.
  • Create nurturing programs: orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders to generate leads and convert MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
  • Understand and utilize marketing automation platforms to push campaigns aimed at educating, engaging, and converting leads.
  • Analyse campaign performance: Develop the KPI’s and analyse the campaign data to drive future marketing decisions and optimize campaign strategy.
  • Optimize for success: contribute to continuous campaign performance monitoring, A/B testing, and corresponding optimization, with reporting to internal stakeholders on regular basis.
  • Maintain deep understanding on marketing automation technology advancements and industry changes (Social Selling, Personalized marketing, etc.)
  • Perform user acceptance tests for new and enhanced functionalities of our marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the execution team to ensure the proper implementation of campaigns.

Who are you?

  • You hold a degree in marketing and/or communications (or equivalent).
  • In addition, you bring 3+ years of professional experience in marketing and/or communications, with focus on CRM and B2B.
  • To bridge the gap between communications, marketing, and sales in a complex ecosystem you need an affinity to IT and data in general.
  • You have understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align communication campaign strategies with customer journeys.
  • You have proven understanding of the B2B buying process and how to implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, drive interest, and accelerate the purchase process.
  • Experience with targeting and segmentation is also part of your skillset.
  • You bring analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results.
  • Furthermore, you have proven experience in campaign performance analysis and working with industry tools and analytics packages (especially Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, Outreach …)
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English and can explain complex topic in an engageable way as part of our Sales Excellence program.
  • You are a team player who delivers results on time and in high quality.
  • You are willing work in an agile environment.
