Responsibilities

- Collaborating with the product team and tech team to test efficiently working in an Agile environment.
 - Analyzing requirements, writing test cases, and creating test data.
 - Defining and exploring test techniques and test tools to support the team to achieve the best quality product.
 - Working with the cross-functional working environment, participating in requirement analysis and product design, and applying continuous integration/deployment process.
 - Creating test cases and test plans, reporting defects.
 - Providing regular quality reports and feedback to the team.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, UX/UI design, or Business Administration or related fields.
 - Over 1-2 years experience as Life-Insurance of claims.
 - An experience in hands-on implementation of service improvement projects.
 - Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills.
 - Critical thinker, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
 - Team player, attention to detail, and proactive problem solver.
 - Knowledge and experience of business improvement principles and methodologies.
 - Technology savvy and possess a working understanding/experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Blackbelt, and Agile concepts.
 - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
 - Goal and results-driven.
 - Coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews.
 - Simplify complex issues and workflows.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required including the ability to build relationships across functions and vertically.
