We are a leading real estate agency in Dubai, and we're currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Admin/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will work from our office and will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, fixing appointments and following up with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, with an ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services
- Fixing appointments and following up with clients Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and appointments fixed Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, with an ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections
- Strong organizational skills
