Jazeera Airways is currently looking for OCC Supervisor(s) who would be responsible for the effective Management of the Flight Dispatch/ OCC Team during day-to-day operations. He/ She will report to Assistant Manager OCC and would have the authority to making decisions within short time constraints without compromising on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as safety, security, cost, compliance , fatigue risk , operational integrity and crew satisfaction and most important to comply with Company standards and the Kuwait DGCA regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Report to senior OCC management on operational status to include continuous updates and daily reports.
- Hold OCC Management meetings on a daily basis and during times of disruption
- Responsible for J9 OCC Emergency Procedures
- Pro-actively take action to ensure flights are operated in the most cost efficient way.
- Ensure continuous operations during disruption with Safety as the No1 Priority
- Provide work related guidance to Flight Dispatchers as required
- Ensure OCC is run efficiently and introduce cost reduction measures where possible
- Improve OTP wherever possible using skills and experience
- Looking to continuously improve and develop new process and procedure within OCC department
- Carry out Team Performance Reviews
- Deliver the best customer service to Jazeera Airways Passengers
- Good Working knowledge of Company Manuals to Include OCCM and OMA
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Flight Dispatch Certificate/License or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years in Flight Dispatch supervision or Operational Control Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff.
- Business correspondence, MS office (Word, Excel, Power point), Microsoft Outlook.
- Good English – spoken and written
- Strong team player.
