Job description
- Regularly inspect and tour property for needed improvements
- Must be able to assist in electrical wiring and equipment's at building with provided team
- Must have knowledge and execution level of generators and LT and HT Panels
- Regulate a safe environment with proper lighting, air conditioning
- All electrical instruments should be checked and monitored daily including Diesel
- Lead emergency plans and evacuation procedures
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet safety standards
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Lead as Building Manager of High Rise Building, residential building with team
- Overlook all staffs activities

Qualifications
- 3 years experience in electrical maintenance and management
- BTech - Electrical
- Should have good CGPA
- Should be proactive and well groomed and well dressed
- Strong team-building and management skills
- Solid communications skills
Salary
- Salary: 45,000 - 50,000
