Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
Supervise food preparation and cooking.
Check food plating and temperature.
Establish portion sizes.
Schedule kitchen staff shifts.
Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Management
Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed.

Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

- Post-secondary (technical & vocational) (Required)
Experience:
- Kitchen Management: 3 years (Required)
