Responsibilities:
- Achieving store targets and KPIs.
- Meeting, greeting and engaging customers.
- Sales – highly skilled and proven track of record.
- Shop maintenance (stock orders, merchandising).
- Booking in repairs to maximize revenue.
- Promote TechStar brand.
- Opening and closing store
- Working with the till
Personality:
- Passionate, outgoing, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be a fast multitasker who will not go past the quality issues.
- Great team player and self-motivated. Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of electronic devices.
- High sense of work ethics and integrity.
Experience:
Experience in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record achieving KPIs and targets. Preferred experience from Carphone Warehouse, Currys/PC World/KnowHow, Harvey Norman, DID or Expert stores.
