JASARA PMC is seeking a Costs Estimator to join our team in delivering Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. As a Costs Estimator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost estimates for construction projects in the civil engineering industry. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects that align with Vision 2030. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cost estimates for construction projects in the civil engineering industry.
- Collaborate with project management, design, and construction teams in the planning and execution of projects.
- Analyze specifications, drawings, and project factors to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternative approaches to design and construction.
- Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs to ensure cost accuracy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to procure cost-effective materials and equipment.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate cost estimates and project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
- Familiarity with cost estimating software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with professionals at all levels.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
