Join our on-site FIFO Site Support Team based at the Telfer mine in WA. You will be working in a small close-knit team. You will provide support to the Village Services Business Partner and site support team in the safe delivery of the Village services business plan.

Who we’re looking for
Working in a friendly, team environment, you will play a key role in Provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective operational administration and support to the Telfer Village and Village Services business partner in accordance with legal requirements and company objectives.
Reporting into the Superintendent – Site Support, you will Provide leadership and operational direction to the contractor work teams, ensuring resources, capacity and capability are aligned to the contract scope.
Your responsibilities will include: (but not limited to)
- Supporting the Safety Management System, ensuring a safety-first work culture; applying site safety standards, procedures, and policies
- Supporting and investigating when work is stopped due to an unsafe act or condition, ensuring actions to mitigate the risk are implemented.
- Provide daily operational support to the Village Business Partner work teams including maintenance, catering and housekeeping functions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and setup work for execution
- Support extracurricular events for residents including Family days and Christmas visits.
- Aid the Site Support Superintendent to deliver site strategic initiatives associated with the Village Improvement Plan.
- Assist Site Support team to action improvements resulting from safety/standard inspections, audits or cost out initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will be safety focused, team oriented and enjoy continuous improvement and driving for results. You will have experience in a similar role along with:
- 3 -5 years of facilities/village management in a FIFO environment
- Demonstrated capability in the administration and maintenance support of village facilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Previous exposure with SAP and SAMS flight and accommodation software is highly advantageous
- Previous exposure to catering and/or hospitality also advantageous
Please note: This is permanent position at our Telfer mine site, FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 roster
