The company is the global market leader for future-proof logistic process automation at airports and in the parcel market. They are also a leading supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses, which seamlessly integrate innovative systems, intelligent software and life-cycle services.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance and Operations Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
As the O&M Manager at Oslo airport, you will lead a team of 34 FTE`s, and take responsibility for the daily operation and maintenance activities. It's your responsibility to continuously challenge, develop and further professionalize your team. Your activities includes:
- Manages the execution of the service contract on an operational and commercial level
- Active people management
- Manages escalations with limited fall back, Coordinates and communicates during significant incidents.
- Manages Dash boards to achieve agreed level of service conditions
- Improve operations and maintenance methods.
- Control room operational responsibilities (incl. reporting)
- Process engineering (continuous improvement, trend monitoring, reporting)
- Life Cycle planning (LCP) processes
- Proactive development of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM)
Requirements:
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years of operations and maintenance related experience.
- You have a degree in a related discipline
- Natural leader (combination of people & technical skills) with strong people focus approach to managing and leading a group of technical staff
- Able to streamline communication and be a mature sparring partner on a senior level at both customer as well as internal
- Driver of continuous improvement to benefit teams, efficiencies and customer
- You are customer oriented, proactive to reach determined goals, structured and have a drive for collaboration
- You have excellent communication skills, in writing and speaking, in the Norwegian and the English language
