We are seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our award-winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining occupation levels on up to 50 properties (area specific)
- Coordinate ANY issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis
- Coordinate check ins and check outs, both to the guests and building security
- Track day to day check ins and check out to schedule Busybees cleaning
- Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams. Arranging permits and passes
- Coordinate with Busybees for any issues regarding cleaning and keys
- Checking apartments and collecting keys after check outs
- Answer incoming leads via email, phone and WhatsApp for listings
- Responding to all enquiries on International platforms
- Facilitate viewings with clients
- Track, remind and collect any due rental payments
- Record bookings in Avantio, and send email to accounts
- Gather information from guests to return their security deposits
Role requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Driving license and car is a must
- Experience in Dubai is essential
- Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Proven experience improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
