DeRisk Technologies, a leading global provider of IT solutions and services, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Saudi Arabian national to join our team as the Country Business Development and Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia. This individual will represent DeRisk locally, handling business development, sales, client relationships, and administrative services for our Saudi Arabian operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market-specific business development and sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, understand their pain points, and pitch relevant services.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, develop new markets, and improve sales.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network, gather insights, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Map out the territory and create plans for engagement, prioritizing target clients and markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders in Saudi Arabia, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with our global teams to tailor DeRisk Technologies' solutions and services to the specific needs and requirements of the Saudi Arabian market.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring that revenue and growth targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee local administrative functions, including office management, legal, and HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with DeRisk Technologies' global policies and procedures.
- Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to DeRisk Technologies' senior management.
- Act as the local representative of DeRisk Technologies in Saudi Arabia, promoting our brand and cultivating a positive image in the market.

- Achievement of revenue and growth targets for the Saudi Arabian market.
- Number of new clients, partners, and projects acquired in the region.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management, preferably within the IT industry
- Saudi Arabian national with a deep understanding of the local business culture, regulations, and market dynamics
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and market expansion in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of DeRisk Technologies' solutions and services, including global IT support, SIAM (Service Integration and Management) IT staffing, data analytics, AI, blockchain, DevOps, Microsoft 365, Dynamics solutions and software development life cycle ( SDLC).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
