Our New Zealand business has grown extensively across Auckland to Dunedin and everywhere in between! To assist us with our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Full Time Store Consultant to work at our Rotorua Central centre.

Day to Day You Will be Responsible for:

Reporting into the Store Manager, our Store Consultants play an essential role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The role itself is diverse and tasks range from customer service to admin to operations!

A Day-to-Day Life of a Store Consultant Consists Of:

  • Working in a customer facing environment to deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs.
  • Assisting and servicing the commercial customer base to ensure their needs are met on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Assist the Rotorua centre achieve budgeted KPI goals.
  • Conduct centre tours and walk throughs which showcase our facilities.
  • Establish a focus on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards.
  • Maximize sales conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Complete arrears management steps to ensure accounts are kept up to update and offer solutions where feasible.
  • Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims

What Will You Bring to the Role?

To be a successful Store Consultant at Rotorua, ideally, you will have:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A motivated, proactive and positive attitude.
  • Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable).
  • The ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
  • Driver’s license and car (preferred).
  • Strong administration skills.
  • The drive to achieve results and an eagerness to take ownership over your work.
  • The ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster, with the flexibility to assist on Mondays where required.
