We are recruiting for a Client Take-On Administrator to work within our Risk, Compliance & Professional Standards division. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career and gain experience working in a fast moving environment.
The Risk, Compliance & Professional Standards team develops and promotes best practice risk management policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legislative requirements. The team monitors and manages a variety of functions including all new and existing client engagements to ensure that the Firm remains compliant within an ever-evolving environment.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate as part of the Client Take-On team dealing with new and existing client processes and procedures, such as completing Relationship / Conflict Checks, Corporate and Individual KYC Onboarding Checks and ensuring files are processed efficiently and adhering to AML standards.
  • Research, assess and document new and existing clients, validating KYC and AML information and documentation collected during the process
  • Process and assess global engagements and relationships.
  • Evaluate risk levels and evidence conclusions.
  • Identify and address issues, and where needed escalate potential issues to Team Leads and Senior Management providing supporting information.
  • Work to strict deadlines and meet time-driven targets.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with other team members.
The Person:
  • 2+ years previous experience working in Corporate and Individual KYC / AML compliance or Client Onboarding
  • Focussed, organised, process-oriented, inquisitive and detail driven individual.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with other team members, senior management, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  • Team player while simultaneously able to work independently and take ownership over work when needed.
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills with the ability to review information presented in various formats.
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge with others.
  • Strive to make a significant contribution to the team and Firm.
