The opportunity
Pernod Ricard Hellas is looking for 1 Supply Planning & Inventory Administrator to join the team from June 2023 (18month fixed term contract). Are you graduate and interested in Logistics? Then we might be the place for you!
Job Summary
Within her/his perimeter, under the supervision of the Supply Chain & Operations Manager, the Supply Planning & Inventory Administrator oversees ordering - storing & distributing processes, control inventory flow, track supplies and analyze stock.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the levels of business supplies to identify shortages
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Use software to create and monitor items, demand, and document (Product Cloud, ERP, Anaplan, Connect, etc.)
- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs
- Analyze and monthly report of 3PL
- Collaborate with warehouse employees, customs agents, and others to ensure business
- Report to BC, HQ & to management on stock levels, issues etc.
- Report to authorities (LOTIFY)
- Comply with the legally required regulations for imported goods. (Licenses, labeling, etc.)
- Stock control and stock taking
The ideal candidate
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Under/Post graduate education preferably in logistics or similar field
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP) is a plus
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CPIM) is a plus
