Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Emphasis on long-term human resource planning and development
of strategies to improve sourcing, screening and selection of talent
having specific skillset.
- Direct and oversee the HR recruitment team in successful end-to-
end process of acquiring talents, onboarding process and retention
of talents in the company.
- Collaborate with line managers in the continual improvement of
recruitment, selection, retention and performance development of
talents.
- Employee Relations
- Design programs to balance employee & manager relations
leading to fair treatment and effective communication.
- Develop and implement policies for a better workplace conduct and
addressing full cycle grievance procedure that strive to resolve and
facilitate healthy work relationship.
- Managing day-to-day consultation with managers and associates in
developing work procedure and identifying skill gaps.
- Drive HR processes and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Analyze compensation data within the organization, conduct
annual salary review and evaluates job positions to determine
classification and salary.
- Oversee competitive analysis, merit increase and salary structure
to determine appropriate base pay and administration of employee
insurance plan.
- Research market trends and factors affecting best practices in
compensation and benefits as part of retention program.
Performance Management
- Design and review policies on performance analysis to measure
and improve employee performance.
- Analyze the impact of employee performance interventions on
organizational performance and provides reports and
recommendations.
- Collaborate with department managers through training and
development for effective performance review.
- Training and Development
- Improve the productivity of the employees by assessing
developmental needs to drive training initiatives and solutions.
- Research, creatively design and implements effective method to
educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
- Collaborate with managers, supervisors and others involved in
employee development.
- Plans, organize, facilities and orders employee development and
training events.
- Develop and maintain organizational communications such as
internal email, group chat, newsletter to ensure employees have
knowledge of training and development events and resources.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree holder in AB/BS Psychology or HR related course; Higher degree is a plus factor;
- Proven working experience of 3-5 years in an HR supervisory or managerial capacity;
- Demonstrate skills with HR metrics;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- People oriented and result driven;
- Possess good leadership skills;
- Experience from multicultural setting is an advantage

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

- Human Resources Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
