About the Role...
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our internal departments as well as provide exemplary customer service.
Your will be responsible for:
Handling customer enquiries
Taking customer orders
Estimating and Quoting
Entering orders
Maintaining stock levels
Data Entry
General Clerical Duties
About You...
You have previously work in a Customer Service role and go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. You have a strong work ethic, enjoy being part of a team and would like to be part of the Hume Doors & Timber's history.
The Experience and Skills we are looking for include:
- Experience in sales
- Strong communication and customer service over the phone
- Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and data entry
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable and with a fantastic work ethic
- Strong time management skills
