Your role
- Provides customer service regarding collection issues. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Monitor clients' payments and prepares the statement of accounts
- Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
- Provides excellent customer service to clients
About you
- Senior Highschool Graduate or College Undergraduate.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skill
- Can work onsite
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
