KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Enhance stakeholder engagement, challenge, and motivate providers to optimize service outcome.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies, supply arrangement and negotiate plans to deliver value.
- Manage procurement team to successfully deliver procurement business plans and achieve Department KPIs.
- Apply Procurement governance to ensure compliance, manage risk and improve procurement activity and performance.
- Contract Management and Contract performance Evaluations and Contractor off boarding.
- Collaborate with Group IT to develop and enhance Procurement related dashboards.
- Identify and develop the department’s technology and training requirements
- Responsible to maintain safety and discipline in the work area
- Ensure compliance with Fatal Risk Standards
- Ensure compliance with Safe Work Practices
- Ensure compliance with HSE policy
- Reporting accidents and ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management, Laws or Finance
o Mandatory: 4 years
o Preferable: 5 to 6 years

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word).
- Mandatory: Fluent in Arabic & English
- Experience in Procurement and Contracts department of any multinational organization or port
- Preferable experience in FIDC contract
