Job Description
- SPM HOLDERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY! (MANDARIN ONLY)
- Willing to work in a 5 days shift work (including weekends and public holiday)
- The role is 50% sales and 50% technical support with account management.
- Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling
- Good typing speed & accuracy
Working Hours/Day
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Work Mode: 3 months training based at office (Bangsar South) Subsequent month will be Work From Home
Requirements
- At least possessed a SPM cert
- Able to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese and basic English
- Good Wi-Fi connection at home
