Role Summary
- Designing, creating, and implementing Java-based applications.
- Interpreting briefs to create high-quality coding that functions according to specifications.
- Determining application functions and building objectives with the team.
- Ensuring that written code falls in line with the project objectives.
- Problem solving with other team members in the project.
- Identifying and resolving immediate and potential issues with applications.
- Drafting detailed reports on the work performed and projects completed.
- Participating in group meetings to discuss projects and objectives.
- Assisting other developers with troubleshooting, debugging, and coding.
- Meeting deadlines on fast-paced deliverables.

Your work scope
- Working with peers and product management to understand business and software requirement.
- Being cornerstone engineer in CX-ADVANCE scrum team for developing and maintaining application software design and implementation according product requirement.
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff.
- Executing Test Driven Development in the team.
- Developing pipeline and integration tests.
- Implementing automatic tests (API and/or FE) along with production code.
- Constantly improving code and processes.
- Providing feedback on requirement and work effort estimate.
- Conducting code reviews.
- Creating and implement NFRs for software design and system solution.
- Modeling database schemas and interfaces.
- Working on AWS or GCP development.
- Delivering DevOp and CI/CD.
- Working with Docker, Kubernetes.
- Designing and developing micro services design patterns and relational dbs.
- All other duties as assigned.
Your background
- Required education: Bachelor in Computer Science.
- Required experience: 8 years.
- Significant coding skills in Java, with other languages being a major plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of current frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and libraries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- A strong portfolio of top-class coding and builds to your name.
- Ability to work with other developers and assist junior team members.
- Meticulous at both analysis and execution.
