Job Description Summary
Planning operation leaderIn this role, you will overall own oversea repair vendors management, including to release/adjust repair orders, to manage delivery performance- especially aging control, to solve problems raised by vendors and to co-work w/ C2R team to add new parts/new vendors. And you will manage global harvest process as China harvest focal, including to understand any strategy / planning logic change, to initiate/approve extract process and to support cross function team to solve all issues related to harvest biz.

Job Description
Role and Responsibility
- As Oversea repair owners, monitor repair parts healthy status, timely reschedule open repair orders to secure local fulfillment and to co-work w/ master scheduler to mitigate fulfillment risks.
- As Harvest extraction process owner, familiar w/ i-harvest process and guide w/ local extraction team about harvest/extraction process.
- As China focal person, connect and work with global harvest team to understand global strategy and planning logic change, to lead communication w/ local team, and to collect region inputs to feedback to global team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- This role requires good communication skills, clear thinker and familiar w/ data analysis and teamwork player to cooperate w/ cross function
- team.
- Supply chain management background and quality/process related background and is preferred
