Experienced M&A Specialist
Your contribution to KPMG
Lead and support in buy- & sell-side M&A transactions as well as equity capital markets projects and cooperate with other senior team members in the daily deal execution
Manage complex and multidisciplinary projects and establish transaction relevant documents including business plans
Create and design financial valuation models by using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities as well as general business development
Perform industry research and market analyses and contribute to KPMG M&A publications

This is what makes you successful
Bachelor's or master's degree with an emphasis in finance, controlling or accounting
Several years of professional experience in M&A advisory within an Investment Bank, global M&A boutique or Big4
Analytically minded, solution-orientated and demonstration of client-centric thinking
Solid knowledge about the Swiss corporate landscape and general M&A activity
Good knowledge in MS Office
Fluency in German and English
