You will be responsible for:
- end-to-end care for both business and individual clients,
- building strong and lasting relationships with clients,
- formal supervision over documentation,
- ongoing service and support in matters of loyalty programs and application support,
- accepting requests and solving current problems ,
- cooperation with other departments in the company, e.g. sales, logistics, finance, production, warehouses.
Our requirements:
- the employer does not require experience in the area of customer service - language skills and willingness to develop in the customer service department are more important,
- knowledge of English and Dutch at a level that will enable free communication,
- ease of establishing contacts and communication,
- higher education preferred.
