You will be responsible for:

  • end-to-end care for both business and individual clients,
  • building strong and lasting relationships with clients,
  • formal supervision over documentation,
  • ongoing service and support in matters of loyalty programs and application support,
  • accepting requests and solving current problems ,
  • cooperation with other departments in the company, e.g. sales, logistics, finance, production, warehouses.

Our requirements:

  • the employer does not require experience in the area of customer service - language skills and willingness to develop in the customer service department are more important,
  • knowledge of English and Dutch at a level that will enable free communication,
  • ease of establishing contacts and communication,
  • higher education preferred.
