As a Product Monetization Operation Manager at Supersonic you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Product Monetization department. You will play a critical role in driving revenue and optimizing monetization strategies for our hyper casual games. Your key responsibilities will include AB test configuration, creating strategic internal and external documentation, and contributing to strategic decision-making for new games.

Role:
- Set up, monitor and analyze AB test configurations for our games.
- Planning AB tests for early stage games in order to optimize monetization performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product monetization managers, publishing managers, and data analysts, to gather requirements and ensure seamless execution of AB tests.
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures related to product monetization.
- Create strategic documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including monetization strategies, revenue forecasts, and performance analysis reports.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide insights and recommendations for the monetization aspects of new game development and launches.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization in product monetization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to benchmark and improve monetization strategies.
