1. Support Tencent Tob The business is oriented to learn and communicate with middle and high-level managers of ecological enterprises
2. Executive training project planning and implementation: responsible for supporting Tencent Tob business (such as corporate WeChat, payment, Tencent Cloud, etc.), planning and implementation for industry customers/cooperation Partner's Executive Program, . It is necessary to deepen the business, and work with the business team to focus on the planning projects of senior executives on important tracks in the industry. By building a Mini-MBA type learning and exchange platform, plan learning, cooperation, and emotional lines to promote deep mutual trust and cooperation between the business and partners in various industries 3. Business communication and co-creation for customer-oriented enterprises: Based on the experience of Tencent Academy, through learning exchanges, co-creation workshops, etc., to help Tob's business and customers to cooperate in depth
4. Customers and cooperation Extraction and refinement of partner cases: assist business to accumulate customer digital transformation cases/cooperation cases of high-quality partners in 0-1 or 1-10 links, assist in refining business experience and methods in corresponding fields, and form in-depth and reproducible learning content, Help business 10-100

Qualifications
1. Have 5 years of work experience, backgrounds in training, HRBP, consulting, business-side ecological operations and customer communication are preferred
2. Have better system thinking and analysis ability, in-depth analysis of problems to propose solutions, have a certain business understanding and research ability
3. Have relatively good communication and resource coordination capabilities, can establish in-depth partnerships with business and external companies, and collaborate internally Multiple resources to solve problems
4. It is better to have one or more training-related professional abilities, including but not limited to co-creation guidance, organizational experience extraction, case extraction, curriculum development, etc..
