Account Executive cum Admin [Malaysia]


 

  • Prepare/review monthly/quarterly/yearly full set of accounts (including consolidated accounts) and drafting unaudited financial statements.
  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks. Filling documents
  • Perform full set of management report by using SQL Accounting Software.
  • Responsible to prepare quotation, purchase order, payment voucher and petty cash claims
  • Responsible to prepare monthly sales analysis, billing invoices and update monthly stock level by using Pivot Table.
  • Responsible to check P&L and balance sheet for closing year.
  • Liaise with internal compliance, external auditors and tax agents in preparation of audit and tax schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
