- Prepare/review monthly/quarterly/yearly full set of accounts (including consolidated accounts) and drafting unaudited financial statements.
- Perform general office duties and administrative tasks. Filling documents
- Perform full set of management report by using SQL Accounting Software.
- Responsible to prepare quotation, purchase order, payment voucher and petty cash claims
- Responsible to prepare monthly sales analysis, billing invoices and update monthly stock level by using Pivot Table.
- Responsible to check P&L and balance sheet for closing year.
- Liaise with internal compliance, external auditors and tax agents in preparation of audit and tax schedule.
